Notable: Hole on chin from surgery, previously had jaw wired closure surgery for fractured jaw, scar on right side of forehead (60mm), scar on right eyebrow (10mm), scar on left eyebrow (10mm), scar right side of upper lip (10mm). Tattoo of a rose and “Kelly” on right upper arm.
Details: Scott was last seen on Industrial Road in Cambridge, Ontario. He did disappear in 2014, however he was estranged from his family which is why he was not officially report him missing until February 10, 2018. At the time of his disappearance, he lived a transient lifestyle and was known to camp in a tent near the end of Industrial Road.
Waterloo Regional Police shared that they had received possible sightings of Scott in Preston two years (in 2020) after he was reported as missing in 2018. In October 2019, police set up a command post on Speedsville Road for a “comprehensive ground search” to try and locate Scott. Nothing came of the search. It seems that all of the reports of sightings remain unconfirmed.

May 2019: Ground search conducted between Industrial Road and the Speed River
October 2019: Second comprehensive ground search near Speedsville Road and Highway 401
March 2020: Possible sightings were reported in the Preston area of Cambridge.
