Details: Joseph has no fixed address and has gone for long periods without contact before, but never this long. He was reported as missing by his family in December, but had not been seen since November of 2008. Joseph suffers from several serious health problems, and his family is concerned for his safety. He is known to have friends and family in the Grande Prairie and Fort McMurray areas.
