Details: On July 18, 2025 at 3:30 pm Fox Elric asked one of his neighbors residing in the same apartment building to drive him to the Riverdale neighborhood in Whitehorse, Yukon. Fox directed his neighbor to drop him off at the corner of Alsek Rd and Aishihik Rd, where he departed from the vehicle. Fox has not been seen or heard from since that drop off. Helicopter, drone, boat, ATV and foot searches throughout the area have been conducted but no signs of Fox have been found.

Fox’s mother said he likes to walk long distances and has walked as far as Carcross and Tagish from Whitehorse before. He also likes to explore Grey Mountain and Chadburn Lake.

The Yukon RCMP Historical Case Unit, responsible for long-term Missing Person investigations, has made numerous inquiries with potential witnesses and continue to follow up on any information received from the public. RCMP, with the assistance of Yukon Search and Rescue personnel, continue search efforts by land, air and water, in the areas Fox was last seen or known to frequent.
