Notable: According to family, Rene was schizophrenic and was not taking any medication. He does have alcohol dependency.
Details: Rene was last seen on October 18, 2025 at approximately 4:00pm in the area of Gull Bay First Nation. Rene was reportedly traveling from Gull Bay to Thunder Bay. He apparently did not have access to a vehicle. He is familiar with the Thunder Bay area as he is known to frequent the area.
A $25,000 reward has been offered by the KZA Council for information.
