Details: Billy went missing during March of 1995. It is believed that he was last seen at Second Avenue in Timmins, Ontario. His family and friends have not seen or heard from him since.
In 2014, Timmins police have reopened his case and conducted digs and searches in the Timmins area. To date, no information has been released regarding what, if anything was found.
