Details: Victor was last seen in Rosthern, SK, after being dropped off outside of his residence in the early evening of August 14, 2018. At that time, Victor appeared to be aware of his surrounding and knew where he lived. Victor has not been seen, or been in contact with friends or family since. Victor does not have access to a vehicle, and likely departed on foot or in the company of others.
