Details: David was last seen in December 2015 near 146 Street and 17 Avenue in South Surrey, according to an RCMP press release. David’s last contact with anyone was on December 31,2015. It is out of character for him to be out of touch for so long especially with the passing of his mother who he was very close with. No members of his family or his friends have seen or heard from him since December 31, 2015 and he remains missing.
