Details: Chris had traveled to Regina in December 1994 to visit friends and family. It was initially assumed he had returned to Saskatoon, but this was never confirmed which is why he was not reported missing until September 18, 2013. He was last seen at 10 Menzies Place in Regina, Saskatchewan.

In March 2020, the Regina Police Service released an age-progression sketch to show what he might look like in his late 40s.
