Details: On May 1, 1979, the Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP Detachment received a report that David Voisey had gone through the ice while riding as a passenger on a snowmobile near Epinette Point, North West River, Newfoundland and Labrador. David has never been located.
*Note: The RCMP posting says that David is ‘white’, however he was born in 1924 in Killinek (Killiniq), Nunavut which was an Inuit community at the time.
