Details: Patsy was last seen around 1:30am on May 12, 2003, when a friend dropped her off at the back of her residence in the 500 block of Toronto Street in Regina, Saskatchewan. A plastic bag containing her belongings from that evening was later found on the porch, but Patsy has not been seen or heard from since.
