Details About Eldie’s Case: Eldie was last seen waiting for the “scoot” to Christian Island at the docks at Cedar Point, Ontario on April 20th, 1970. Witnesses reported he may have tried to cross to Christian Island by foot taking the ice, something he said he would do if the “scoot” did not arrive. There were numerous footprints found leading toward the ice, but he was never located. It is believed he may have drowned. Eldie is a Korean War veteran and he is still missing.
