The Unsolved Murder of Raymond Richard Campbell

On Friday, December 27, 1991, at approximately 4:15am, police responded to a 911 call on Harvest Moon Drive in Toronto, Ontario. Raymond was discovered outside a residence, but he had received the gunshot wound earlier at a house party on Casemore Road. The incident occurred in an area within the jurisdiction of Toronto Police’s 42 Division. Raymond was 25 years old at the time of the incident. He was transported to a hospital, where he eventually died from his injuries on January 10, 1992.

An estimated 150 to 200 people were present at the house party where the shooting occurred, and many may be potential witnesses. The case remains an unsolved homicide and a cold case for the Toronto Police Service.
