Larry Edward Strangway was last seen alive at the same address around 9:00am on May 17, 2006. His body was discovered by his common-law wife, Virginia Grant, at approximately 11:00 that same day.
A post-mortem examination determined he died as a result of a gunshot wound.
Larry and Virginia had been together for 15 years and lived together with their children. Larry’s last employment was as a roofer and construction worker.
The Government of the Province of Ontario is offering a reward in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Larry Edward Strangway.
This reward will be apportioned as deemed just by the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services for the Province of Ontario and the Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police.
