Details: Herman was last seen at his residence, a farm that operated as a group home in the Duck Lake District of Saskatchewan on March 28, 1986. He had a history of leaving the residence, which was near the Nesbit Forest. Searches of the area at the time were unsuccessful, and he has never been located.
