Candace & Henry were last seen in downtown Vancouver on August 1, 2002. They lived a transient and nomadic lifestyle and had substance dependency issues. It has been suggested that they may have left the country.
Another theory is that they were the victims of a notorious serial killer. Israel Keyes was on a construction site in Spokane, Washington during the summer of 2002, however he returned to Neah Bay, Washington from time to time. Candace and Henry would have been considered as relatively easy victims as they had substance dependency issues and houseless. They may have been the couple he says he was with between 2001 and 2005.
There have been no reported sightings of either Henry or Candace and they remain missing.
