Notable: Mark was known to wear prescription glasses. He also has several tattoos (see photos below)
Additional Info: Mark lives with a condition called Child Dementia. As a result of this condition, Mark’s decision making skills are impaired and he can be easily manipulated. As a result, if someone were to talk him into doing something illegal, he may not realize that he is doing something wrong.
Details: Mark was last seen on the 800 block of Patricia Street in Jasper, AB around 10:00pm on June 16, 2024. Mark was reported to be traveling to Jasper with a friend. Police said that Mark was likely riding a bicycle in the early hours of June 17, 2024. The color and type of bicycle is not known. At the time, the RCMP had requested that the public notify the RCMP of any abandoned bicycles within the townsite, along trails and major roadways.
Jasper RCMP also asked the public to report any suspicious activity, items or incidents that occurred between June 16 and 18, 2024
