Details: On June 30, 2005, police received a complaint from the wife of Shen Chiu Tsou (who goes by Andy), who reported that her husband had not been seen since June 26, 2005. Andy was a resident of Richmond, British Columbia, and had traveled to the Halifax area for business. He had been staying at the Halifax Casino Hotel and other private (unnamed by LE) residences, prior to his disappearance. He was associated to numerous people in the metro Halifax area and elsewhere in Nova Scotia.

The investigation revealed that Andy was registered at the Halifax Casino Hotel for the night of June 26, 2005, however, he never arrived at the hotel. He has not been seen since June 26, 2005. Andy was operating a 2005 white Pontiac Grand Prix rental car, while in the Halifax area. The vehicle has never been located.

The Government of the Province of Nova Scotia is offering rewards of up to one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the disappearance of Shen Chiu “Andy” Tsou. The reward is payable in Canadian funds and will be apportioned as deemed just by the Minister of Justice for the Province of Nova Scotia. Employees of law enforcement and correctional agencies are not eligible to collect this reward.
