Notable: Curtis has a tattoo on his left forearm of a ship and names Lauren, John and Cliff on boat, 3 roses with names of Michelle, Kietan and Kayla on his back and 2 parrots on his right arm.
Details: On the morning of Monday July 19, 2010 Curtis left his residence on Britannia Avenue in Bradford, Ontario to walk his two dogs. He was reported missing when his wife returned home from work in the late afternoon and discovered he was not at home. The dogs were located later the same day wandering the streets approximately 1 km from his residence.
Curtis has not been seen since and the dog leash has not been located. At the time of his disappearance, he was not carrying identification, credits cards, or money.
