Details: Lyndon had been admitted to Western Kings Memorial Hospital in Berwick for treatment for mild depression. Lyndon was apparently very nervous in medical settings. He was also very organized and meticulous person. The medication that he was given was intended to calm him however after the first days, he was far from calm. At approximate 7:45pm on November 25, 2988, Lyndon jumped out of the 3rd-storey window with no shoes and only wearing his pajamas. His father immediately rushed outside to help his son but there was nothing but a few foot prints in the grass – Lyndon was gone.

Historical weather data compiled by Environment Canada lists the temperature recorded at the Greenwood station around 8:00pm on that clear evening as slightly below zero degrees. There was no snow cover on the ground. However, with it being a cold night and Lyndon wearing only pajamas, it was very possible that he could have died due to the weather.
Lyndon had broken up with her the week prior to him being admitted but she visited him during his stay. She had spoken up about something being off with Lyndon and she was concerned. There had also been a discussion that he might be transferred to another facility.
Lyndon had actually walked out of the hospital at about 6:30pm, but was escorted back in by a gentleman at about 7:10pm when he found out that Lyndon was a in-patient.
Private investigator Craig MacMullen, owner of Craig Investigations Inc., explored the idea of Lyndon having an adverse reaction to the medication, or experiencing some sort of dissociative amnesia, a rare psychiatric disorder that can result in memory loss relating to one’s personal identity. Craig MacMullen had begun working on Lyndon’s case since 1994.
There have been several search attempts made by search and rescue volunteers, police officers, firefighters, tracking dogs, local residents, helicopters and RCMP divers who were looking for him.
There are so many questions and some wild theories regarding what really happened to Lyndon. Did Lyndon become involved with a secretive religious cult? Was he a victim of foul play? Did he hop a train passing through Berwick around 8:00pm that night, heading for some mystery location? Is he somewhere out there, living his life under a new identity?

What we do know for sure is that there have been no confirmed sightings of Lyndon Howard Fuller since he jumped out the window of Western Kings Memorial Hospital in Berwick on that night.
