Details About Ervin’s Case: Ervin lives a transient lifestyle and known to frequent the Main Street strip of Winnipeg. Ervin has not been seen or heard from since June 4, 2004. His sister reported him missing on September 9, 2004. He was known to frequent 75 Martha St. and could be found at times panhandling in the downtown area. His family is very concerned for his safety and had not had any contact with him for several months which is out of character for him.
