Case details: On October 4, 1996, Billy was dropped off at a treatment facility in St. Norbert. He left the centre in the evening before being processed by the staff. There have been a few reported sightings of Billy, however none of them are confirmed and no one has had any contact with him since 1996.
To date, Billy has not been seen or heard from and remains missing.
