William was last seen wearing: Possibly a blue or grey coat. Possibly white pants.
Notable: William had a moustache with sideburns/partial beard. His teeth also showed visible decaying.
Details: William was an employee of a fast food restaurant on Maplewood Avenue in North Bay at the time of his disappearance. He had not shown up for his shift on December 17, 1990, and when he also failed to attend a work Christmas party on December 21, 1990, his employer contacted police to report him missing. His boss was concerned because this was highly unusual behavior for William. The last report of his whereabouts was from his brother who last spoke to him on December 16, 1990.
William spent most of his life living in Quebec and had only been in North Bay for a short period prior to his disappearance. Police interviews with persons who knew him reveal that he had mentioned he was going to be out of town from December 18 through to December 20, 1990, but where he was planning to go is not known. William’s family members were interviewed in hopes that he had gone to visit them, however, he had not done so. William routinely wore white cook’s pants. He was also known to hitchhike on a regular basis.
To date, William has not been seen or heard from and remains missing.
