Details about Roy’s case: Roy was last seen on November 11, 2004 at 11:30am following the Sackville Remembrance Day ceremony. He was seen walking on Salem St. near the Quarry Lane. Roy has memory problems and might not know his name or where he is from.
As there were no recent photos of Roy, the RCMP worked with the family to release a forensic artist’s rendering.
To date, Roy has not been heard from or located.
