Details about Pablo’s case: Pablo left his dad’s house and headed over to New Brighton Pool. He was last seen at approximately 11:30am on May 10, 2004. Pablo’s jacket was located in a body of water under the Second Narrows Bridge by Vancouver City Police Marine Section the day Pablo was last seen. An extensive water search was conducted by Police who arrived minutes after someone called to report a body struggling at about 50 yards from shore. After 8 hours of searching Vancouver police found his jacket with his school I.D. floating by second narrows bridge. Pablo’s body has never surfaced from the area where he is presumed to have drowned. Police said that they believed he had committed suicide but later retracted that statement. Pablo’s family also does not believe that he ended his own life.
