Details about Kelvin’s case: In December 2010, Yellowknife RCMP received a call from a concerned family member reporting that they have not seen or heard from Kelvin since September 2010. At the time of his disappearance, Kelvin was believed to be residing in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

Unfortunately there is little information available regarding Kelvin’s case.

To date, Kelvin has not been located.
