Details of Richard’s case: Richard last known residence was in Brandon, Manitoba. He had previously lived in both Thompson and Lac Brochet. Richard was last seen in downtown Winnipeg in the area of the St. Regis Hotel, located on Smith Street, in late June of 2009. Richard was a band councillor for Northlands Denesuline First Nation (Lac Brochet). His family and colleagues became concerned when Richard did not make any arrangements to pick up his paycheque. Because he did not have his pay at that time, it is believed that he had no money at the time of his disappearance. On June 14 Richard arrived in Winnipeg from his girlfriend’s home in Brandon, where he left his identification. He also had a head trauma and may appear disoriented. The nature and timing of the head trauma has not been disclosed.

Since that time, Richard has not been seen or heard from.

To date, Richard’s whereabouts remain unknown.
