Details: William was last seen getting into a canoe with John Halverson at Bald Indian Bay in Lake of the Woods near Kenora, Ontario on October 8th, 1976. He was on his way to Pine Portage Bay but never arrived. John’s body was recovered the next spring but William has not been located.
