Details About James’ Case: James was last seen in Whitehorse by his family. He is originally from Inuvik, Northwest Territories and had recently moved from Vancouver, British Columbia. It is not believed James moved again. He left his wallet behind and had never unpacked his belongings in his apartment.

James did not contact his family on his birthday or during the Christmas holidays, which is very much out of character for him. His family is concerned for his safety and well-being.
