Details About Troy’s Case: Troy was last seen in Cornwall on June 4, 2000. He dropped his young daughter off at his mother in-law’s home in Cornwall and he was driving a maroon 1987, Lincoln that he had borrowed from a friend. A day later the Lincoln was located burned and abandoned in the Lanark Highlands, northwest of Perth, Ontario.
Troy was expected at a friend’s house in Smith Falls but never arrived. Troy has not used his credit or debit cards following his disappearance, and no one has come forward to report a sighting.
Troy and many of his aquantainces were known to the police at the time. Two years prior to his disappearance in 1998, Troy had two drug possession charges and a fine of $100.00.
Law enforcement say that foul play is strongly suspected as Troy is a devoted father of two and would not have left his children – or his beloved dog.
