Details About Allen’s Case: On September 1, 1972, Allen Robert Foy was seen for the last time leaving his home in the Saint-Hubert district of Longueuil, Quebec. Allen said that he was travelling on vacation north in the Laurentians to go fishing. He left in his vehicle, a green 1970’s Chrysler Newport which was found in November 1973 at the Dorval airport in Montreal, Quebec. Police say it had been there for 2 years.

Allen is not only missing. He was also wanted by the police for 93 counts of loan sharking. He was not considered as dangerous but has a previous criminal record showing convictions for theft & conspiracy to commit extortion.

Police had said that they believed Allen may have been “liquidated by the mob” which suggests he was now deceased.
