
On Sunday, September 26, 1982, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Delia Adriano, 25 years, was last seen walking towards the side entrance to her home on Wildwood Drive in the Town of Oakville, Ontario, where she had been dropped off by a friend. Later the same evening at approximately 10:30 p.m., witnesses reported hearing a woman screaming in the area of Wildwood Drive and Slade Crescent. A young woman fitting Delia’s description was observed being forced into a dark sub-compact vehicle by a male suspect. A struggle continued inside this vehicle before the vehicle drove away with its lights turned off.
On Saturday, November 6, 1982 the body of Delia Adriano was located in a wooded area near 2nd Line and #3 Side Road, Milton, Ontario.
Description of Suspect Vehicle: Dark colored Chevrolet Chevette (or similar type vehicle) two door, automatic transmission with three (3) stripes along the side of the vehicle. The vehicle had Ontario license plates.
Description of Suspect: Male, white, 5 7′ to 5 9′ tall, medium build with brown hair feathered back to the neck.
