Desiree was last seen wearing: A brown sweater and black or brown track pants with a red stripe. She was not wearing shoes at the time.
Notable: Desiree has autism and is non-verbal. She also has very good teeth.
Details About Desiree’s Case: Desiree disappeared from Gleichen, Alberta on August 27, 2011. She was last seen at her home at 8:20 pm that night on the Siksika First Nation Reserve. Desiree nonverbal autism (though she can write her name), and is not capable to care for herself. RCMP believes that Desiree wandered off onto highway #901 and was potentially picked up by an unknown driver. She is not really capable of realizing that she may be in danger. Air and ground searches turned up no signs of her.

Desiree was very close with her three younger siblings. She lived with her grandmother after her mom passed away in 2007. She is reportedly drawn to perfumes and air fresheners and loves plush animals. Desiree remains missing.
