Details About Rae’s Case: Rae Elaine Tourtillott was an 18-year-old girl who lived on the Menominee Native American Reservation, nestled in the northeastern part of Wisconsin. However, on October 15, 1986, Rae attended a birthday party in Keshena, within the confines of the reservation. As the night was slowly coming to an end, she got a ride from two men, who dropped her off near the Tomow Overlook off of Old South Branch Road. This would be the last time anyone saw her alive. Rae was reported missing the following day.

Six months later, on April 9, 1987, her remains were found in a wooded area close by where she was last seen. Rae’s body was recovered by Menominee Tribal Police and the FBI.

Rae’s case remains unsolved over 30 years later.
