Details about Brianne’s Case: Brianne called her friend, Kristi, at 9:00 pm and made plans to pick Kristi up at around 11:00 pm. Brianne never showed up, which was something that was out of character for her.

Brianne was last seen between 11:00 pm and 11:30 pm outside a 7-Eleven with three unidentified young woman. A witness followed Brianne’s car on the way out of town and noticed there were three passengers inside. Another witness alleged to have seen Brianne walking along an isolated logging road on September 6, 1998.

Her vehicle was located on Echo Lake Road on September 10, 1998 by RCMP air services. It had collided with a tree, gone off the road. There was minor damage to the vehicle. The keys were still in the ignition. Brianne drove a 1989 Acura Integra with gold rims which had been purchased just four months prior and was in pristine condition.

A case of wine coolers that Brianne had bought for her and Kristi were in the backseat. Most of the drinks were half finished. Inside the glove compartment they found Brianne’s driver’s license, $200.00 in case and her wallet. Brianne was an employee at a McDonald’s restaurant and the Ol’ Frontier’s Supersave gas station, both located on the Trans Canada Highway. Brianne had cashed her paycheque. The rest of her belongings were left at her residence and bank account has not used.
