Notable Details: Todd occasionally wears glassed. He has a scar over his right eye and another scar on sole of his left foot. Todd also has both ears pierced.
Medical: Todd did not have a history of mental illness however it is alleged that Todd was depressed prior to his disappearance.

Details of Todd’s Case: Todd was last seen in the vicinity of West 10th and Birch Avenue, in Vancouver, BC. Todd stood a up friend at a concert on August 7, 1988 and he hasn’t been heard from or seen since. His belongings were left in his apartment that was also located in Vancouver. There was a sad poem addressed to “loved ones” found lying in his room. He was not addicted to drugs and did not have any known enemies.

DNA was collected from the family in 2020 for the National Missing Persons Database.

As of September 11, 2023 it appears that Todd’s case has been removed from Vancouver Missing Persons website.
