Details: Harley was last seen on March 9, 2012. He had been living on Wallace Street in Nanaimo, BC. He does not drive or use public transportation, and has limited funds. Harley has significant medical issues, which require medication and his family is extremely concerned for his safety and well being.
The RCMP site says that a suicide note was located in his room suggesting he was going to drown himself and there were unconfirmed reports of Harley within the city of Nanaimo or that he may be residing with the homeless community in Vancouver’s lower-Eastside.
