Details: Wilfrid has been missing since February 5, 1998 and his case is currently investigated as a suspected murder by the Sûreté du Québec. On the evening of his disappearance, he called his sister and mentioned he was staying at a motel in Chandler. He was last seen or reported to be in the Chandler area of the Gaspé Peninsula in Quebec. His family has not heard from him since that phone call. The subsequent investigation led authorities to believe he was the victim of a homicide.
