Details: Shirley was last seen in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on the afternoon of December 24, 1991 by her brother. Shirley was going out to buy Christmas presents. The next day was Christmas day as well as her son’s birthday. Shirley did have some substance abuse issues. There were also rumors about Shirley working as a sex worker. According to her brother, when he contacted the investigators in 1997/1998 they told him, “They said they had no report of my sister ever even being in the system, and she had a pretty lengthy criminal record and they couldn’t find anything on her.”
